The year 2021 is over and in the retrospective summary we have successfully passed the Recetrification audit of the Integrated Management System carried out by TÜV SÜD Czech and we have demonstrated compliance with the requirements of the quality management system standards according to ISO 9001: 2015, environmental management according to ISO 14001: 2015 and occupational health and safety management system according to ISO 45001: 2018. We have recently received the Quality Management System Certificate according to ISO 9001: 2015 (ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015) – ROSATOMREGISTR Certification System. By obtaining this certificate, we have achieved a competitive advantage in tenders for the supply of products to projects managed by the State Corporation for Atomic Energy ROSATOM.
For more than 5 mil (CZK), we supplied for Temelín NPP, 8pcs of A13 Quick-Acting Pneumatic Control Valves A13 and 41pcs of Low-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valves C09 and Ball Valves C05.1 from the production of industrial valves. At the end of the June, we delivered through the customer BDI-BioEnergy International GmbH High-Pressure Shut-off Valves V46.2 and High-Pressure Lift Check Valves Z15.2 in stainless steel flanged design to first Biodiesel Refinery Plant in Ghent, Belgium. Another interesting order was the delivery of 54 pieces of High-Pressure Shut-off Valves V46.2 to the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant Tidaholms in Sweden. The interesting thing about this order was that in addition to the standard flanged and weld ends design, we produced special design variants and combinations high-pressure shut-off valves V46.2 for the customer.
From 23 to 29 June 2021, our company successfully certified personnel according to the Russian normative documentation PNAE G and GOST R in order to confirm the professional competence of the employees of the Quality and Construction Department. We commemorated the anniversary of 45 years of production of nuclear valves, which began in 1976.
The year 2021 is over and we have realized deliveries of valves for the Leningradska II NPP (Russia), Belarus NPP, Rooppur NPP (Bangladesh). In production, we are preparing for the supply of the Akkuyu NPP in Turkey and in the near future we will start to implement deliveries to the Kudankulam NPP Units 5-6 (India) and the El Dabaa NPP (Egypt) – for this we are very much thanks to the Rosatom corporation.
