In May and June, ARAKO carried out a certification audit of the quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 (ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015) in the ROSATOMREGISTR voluntary certification system. By obtaining the certificate, we will achieve a competitive advantage in tenders for the supply of products to projects managed by the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM.
Due to the current epidemiological conditions, the first stage of the audit took place online in May. From 16th to 18th of June, the second stage took place online even in the presence of the auditor of the RUSSIAN REGISTRY, who evaluated production and administrative procedures at ARAKO. During the audit, we received several recommendation comments, but also a significant number of positive comments on a functioning system. By the readiness of the submitted audit documents, the employees demonstrated their responsible approach to the activities performed at all levels of the organization.
The auditors of the Russian Registry evaluated the quality management system of ARAKO spol. s r.o. as fully functional and corresponding to the specified requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 (ГОСТ Р ИСО 9001-2015) and the RUSSIAN REGISTRY.
What did the auditors at ARAKO check?
In the first stage of the certification audit, the auditors of the RUSSIAN REGISTRY carried out a check of the organization’s readiness for certification and its management’s commitment to management principles. They audited a set of key requirements for organizational structure, management system procedures, processes, and resources.
The aim of the second stage was to verify the quality management system of the organization, its processes and workplaces with all relevant requirements of applied standards and the organization’s own internal documents, to assess the effectiveness of the quality management system and its ability to achieve the set objectives within the framework of the implemented policy, to assess the extent to which the organization meets mandatory legal and other regulatory requirements regarding products / services.
