One of our benefits designed for our employees is training. Finally, it is possible to meet together in a regular and unrestricted way to share experiences and information and perspectives on current issues. Here at ARAKO we have been running a six-month intensive training programme for staff across departments as well as for staff from top to bottom management since February.
And why are we doing this?
Because we know that investing time and money in education is never a bad thing, as it brings many benefits in the long and short term. It’s a great way to keep your mind sharp and your confidence and psyche healthy. There is always something new to discover and there are countless tools to help us move forward, we just have to choose.
