FOR THE COMBINED HEAT AND POWER PLANT, WE DELIVERED SPECIAL DESIGN VARIANTS AND COMBINATIONS OF THE HIGH-PRESSURE SHUT-OFF GLOBE VALVES V46.2 We started manufacturing the High-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valves V46.2 in 2006 and it is one of our flagship products in our portfolio for the thermal power plant, chemical, petrochemical and gas industries. lt is not unusual for us to address special customer design requirements and we routinely make design modifications to our existing products according to customer requirements. Due to its features, the High-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valve V46.2 offers customers several design options, which we have also used for the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant. DESIGN IN THE COMBINATION OF WELD ENDS AND FLANGED WITH COUNTERFLANGES SET OF 2 COMBINATION PIECES DESIGN OF FLANGED END WITH COUNTERFLANGES IMPLEMENTATION OF ARAKO For the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Plant, we manufactured and delivered 54 pieces of High-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valves V46.2. For this renewed order, the customer required us to produce High-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valve V46.2 – DN 25 PN 160 in manual wheel operation. The interesting thing about this order was that in addition to the flanged and weld ends connection, we also produced these special design variants and combinations. Our biggest problems were the assembly and the required tests of the valves for the design in the combination of weld and flanged end with counterflanges. Since it was a very atypical valve design, we had to modify the valve for water tests for strength, leak-tightness and tightness and invent a special mounting for the pressure testing equipment of valves. Thanks to the cooperation of sales, design, technology and of course manufacture, this variant of the High-Pressure Shut-off Globe Valves V46.2 and the other combinations were successfully delivered to full customer satisfaction.
