The company ARAKO spol. s r.o. is a useful member of the group Atomenergomash, the engineering division of the Russian State Corporation for Atomic Energy Rosatom. Nowadays, ARAKO delivers its products practically to all nuclear power plants built according to the Russian projects worldwide and supports projects of its parent company with providing safe and reliable piping elements for the nuclear power plants.
Mr. Sergei Stupar, the Russian Trade representative in the Czech Republic, and Mr. Vadim Titov, the regional Vice President of the company Rusatom – International Network in the countries of Central Europe, convinced themselves of the Czech manufacturer´s competence during their visit of the company ARAKO in Opava on 8 June 2016.
Sergei Stupar described his positive impressions from the visit as follows: “The company ARAKO is an up-to-date manufacturing enterprise that uses latest technology and procedures for the valve production, it can serve as an excellent example of effective combination of engineering and design thinking, together with the professionalism of staff and effective management. The experience of the company ARAKO will be also useful for other Czech companies with Russian owners.”
Vadim Titov said: “By way of the ARAKO example, it is possible to see the expansion of activities of the corporation Rosatom, which is currently one of the leading companies in the world as far as the number of nuclear reactors built abroad is concerned. Its portfolio includes 42 nuclear units, 34 of them being outside Russia.”
