On March 8th, a joint meeting of all ARAKO employees with ARAKO Executive Director Julia Dolgusheva took place in our meeting room.
The main topic of the meeting was the review of the results for 2022 and the presentation of the plan for 2023, in which she explained in great detail the various implementations and requirements for each department. At the end of this session, she presented the outlook and the currently concluded contracts for 5 years ahead and introduced the employees to ARAKO’s current strategy.
Open communication is one of the cornerstones of ARAKO’s corporate culture, and therefore the last part of the meeting was again fully dedicated to answering questions from individual employees and their comments that were submitted to the management via mailboxes.
