In 2022 we continue to supply the Mochovce NPP, which has reached the start-up of Unit 3 after 14 years of work. Deliveries for this plant are not unusual for ARAKO and in the peak years 2011 – 2016 we delivered valves worth 117 000 000,- CZK to this plant. These days we have delivered 52 pieces of A10 and A11 Shut-off Globe Valves with Bellows to Slovakia.
Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant is a Slovak nuclear power plant owned by the Czech-Italian-Slovak company Slovenské elektrárne. The plant is located between the cities of Nitra and Levice, on the site of the former village of Mochovce, in the municipality of Kalná nad Hronom. In September 2022, Slovak Power Plants workers began loading nuclear fuel into the Unit 3 reactor and the unit should be fully operational in about four months.
