Arako operates its own engineering department. Our designers make use of the latest 3D technologies provided by the CAD systems and FEM analyses enabling us to develop our own products and ensure product reliability even under the very quick development cycle required by our customers.

The most demanding development projects completed recently include:

• quick-acting bellows sealed valves for nuclear power plants;
• solenoid pilot valves as control elements of quick-acting valves made by us or other major manufacturers
• coverless bellows sealed valves for nuclear power plants
• forged high-pressure valves

During the development of the valves we also cooperate with research institutes and test laboratories

• flow rate characteristics measurement
• tests for resistance to earthquake (seismic tests)
• tests at high and low temperatures
