Josef Švamberg has been working in ARAKO company since 1979.
Josef Švamberg completed the Secondary Technical School of Mechanical Engineering in 1974, then in 1986 he finished a one year post-secondary study at the Secondary School of Electrical Engineering, specializing in leakage testing.
In 1994 he completed annual course of quality manager. He underwent a series of courses and trainings in the fields of non-destructive flaw detection, quality audit, quality management and planning , enterprise and staff management strategy.
In the period from 1976 to 1978 he worked as a designer for Ostroj Opava. In the years 1979 to 1980 - a technical controller of Armaturka Minerva Opava.
In the period from 1981 to 1983 he served as non-destructive testing specialists of Aramturka Minerva Opava.
In the period from 1984 to 1993 he occupied the position of the chief of non-destructive testing in the group Armaturka Minerva Opava, Sigma Opava, Merkanta Opava. Finally, from 1993 to 1997 he was the head of quality management department of Merkanta Opava.
